Much excitement in the Yorkshire office this morning - the girls saw Matt Baker on his rickshaw near our offices in Richmond, cycling his way through the misty countryside in aid of Children in Need...
Today Matt is cycling from nearby Barnard Castle to York - 70 miles in one day, brave man!
